St. Patrick’s Day is coming up on Sunday, March 17. In honor of the occasion, we expect to see a whole lot of green beer or vibrantly colored shakes. However, there’s a veritable pot of gold in the form of creative cocktails to be found on this fun and festive occasion.

Pinch Me
At Hash Kitchen in Scottsdale, this is a green brunch cocktail made with green crème de menthe and white crème de cacao. The Pinch Me is even garnished with lucky marshmallows for an extra festive touch. “This cocktail is an ode to our VP of operation’s favorite drink, the Shamrock Shake. This is a lighter updated version of a classic, swapping the heavy cream out for half & half. It’s a great cocktail for before, during or after brunch, but it’s especially great for sipping on St. Patrick’s Day,” said Lyndsi Hastings-Mundy, Hash Kitchen Beverage Director.
